Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat.
  • Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and the online portal with ease and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in hotel, restaurant, school, or retail environments.
  • Critical and creative thinking skills to solve problems effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a customer-facing role that requires empathy and strong communication skills.
