About the position
The Member Services Associate at Anytime Fitness is responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This part-time role involves various office and club-related activities, ensuring the club's cleanliness and effective operations while fostering a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all office/club related activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
- Facilitate new member sign-ups and take prospective members on tours.
- Update member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club according to company standards.
- Perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, including mopping, trash removal, and cleaning equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to motivate and nurture others.
- Strong work ethic including punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and confidence in creating new relationships quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and customer service background preferred.
