About the position
The Member Services Associate (MSA) plays a crucial role in the Member Services Department, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the member experience. The MSA is responsible for engaging with members and guests, managing reception desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This position aims to foster member satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer service standards for all operations.
- Manage the reception of members and guests at the Reception Desk.
- Oversee the check-in process, schedule management, and POS transactions.
- Build relationships with members and assist them compassionately.
- Communicate effectively about department matters and transition members to appropriate staff when necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette to assist callers.
- Participate in prospecting and sales activities as needed.
- Assist with marketing and event planning activities.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary facility for all guests.
- Complete daily task check sheets as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No written disciplinary action within the last 12 months.
- Pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
