Member Services Clerk/Call Center Representative We currently have an opening for a full-time Member Services Clerk in our Hartford, CT office. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No weekends or evenings. Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls from members with the goal of providing accurate and professional member service. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing outstanding member service and maintaining strong professional relationships with members via telephone. Processes non-cash financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check disbursements, and wire transfers. Processes member requests for services and account maintenance, including but not limited to address changes, stop payments, statement and check copies, and deposit verifications. Assists members with a variety of Credit Union services, including online banking, Bill Pay, Zelle, Mobile Deposit, Visa Debit Cards, etc. Keeps members informed of Credit union services, policies and products. Files documents and keeps file room organized. Serves as fill-in teller as needed. Other work as assigned. At CSE Credit Union, we are committed to quality service to our members.
