About the position

The Member Services & Database Manager is responsible for administering service programs for members, managing membership databases, and ensuring the integrity of member records. This role involves developing new service programs, facilitating membership and website data, and performing data entry and content management tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Administer service programs for members.
  • Identify needs for new services and develop content, scope, and cost of new service programs.
  • Manage, maintain, and develop membership databases.
  • Facilitate membership and website data for operational functions and activities.
  • Perform data entry, content management, and programming tasks.
  • Maintain accuracy of member records and integrity of the membership database/association management system.
  • Manage annual dues processing and development of the membership directory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Documented experience in content management systems, data entry, and HTML programming.
  • Extensive knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
