About the position

The Member Services Driver at The Cliffs is responsible for providing shuttle transportation to members and guests, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring a high-quality experience through excellent customer service. This role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and a positive attitude while interacting with members and maintaining the company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide shuttle transportation to members and guests.
• Assist with transporting items for events between properties.
• Support food and beverage deliveries as needed.
• Operate and maintain the company vehicle according to policy and procedures.
• Keep accurate records and reports covering mileage, expenses, and maintenance.
• Follow safe driving practices and abide by driving laws.
• Ensure the security and safekeeping of the company vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the vehicle at all times.
• Engage respectfully with passengers and fulfill requests to the best of ability.
• Avoid personal calls or texting while driving.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift loads not exceeding 50 pounds unassisted.
• Good mental and physical dexterity.
• Ability to be seated for up to 3-4 hours.
• Strong understanding of safe driving practices and laws.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Familiarity with driving larger vehicles such as vans or shuttles.
