About the position

The Overnight Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests in a welcoming and supportive environment. This role involves managing front desk activities, ensuring a positive member experience, and handling daily closing tasks, including bank deposits.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and facilitate new member sign-ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed and respond to member questions and concerns.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close the shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.

Requirements

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
