About the position

The position is within the American Airlines Credit Union, focusing on building positive relationships with members to understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services. The role involves various banking tasks, including account management, transaction processing, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts and sell Credit Union services to members
  • Post deposits and process loan payments
  • Handle various monetary transactions and maintain account information
  • Perform Notary Services as required
  • Promote positive recognition for the Credit Union
  • Collaborate with branch managers to leverage cross-selling opportunities
  • Research member inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain awareness of branch functions to provide support
  • Implement internal control and security measures per policies and regulations
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and service excellence
  • Conduct loan interviews and processing as assigned
  • Work a rotating Saturday schedule as needed
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • In-person work at assigned branch location
  • Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience within the last twelve months

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree in business, finance, or related area
  • Previous banking or Credit Union experience
  • Experience in a service-culture environment
