About The Position

The Member Services Staff at the Ferguson Family YMCA is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants. This role involves greeting individuals, answering inquiries, and providing information about various programs and services. Additionally, the staff will manage membership applications and maintain accurate records, ensuring a smooth experience for all YMCA patrons.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet members, guests, and program participants in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer questions and provide information about programs and services offered by the YMCA
  • Handle membership inquiries and process membership applications
  • Maintain accurate membership records
  • Assist with program registration and payment processing
  • Assist with facility tours and orientations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
