About the position

The Member Solutions Center (MSC) Sales Manager is responsible for leading the MSC's Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, team management, and member engagement, ensuring that the team is well-trained and motivated to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and coach the Member Solution Center (MSC) Sales Team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and goals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the Sales Team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Promote a sales culture by monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvements.
  • Foster positive member relationships through effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Analyze sales data and member feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure the Sales Team adheres to all company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain and improve member service with additional touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with other business units to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Facilitate recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all loans including mortgage, business, and consumer loans.
  • Perform various HR-related processes, including audits, payroll, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a financial organization.
  • Proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Previous call center and/or front-line experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Regulation B, CC, D, TISA, TILA, ECOA, Financial Privacy, Patriot Act, and BSA.
  • Strong organizational skills.
