Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective members to convert them into registered members through effective inside sales techniques.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and highlighting the benefits of joining the organization.
- Utilize phone sales abilities to foster confidence and showcase the organization's values during conversations.
- Support recruitment efforts by managing leads and following up with potential members.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher, or two years of related work experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment, particularly in inside sales.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce software for managing leads efficiently.
- A genuine belief in and support for the Girl Scouts' mission.
