Responsibilities

  • Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by presenting a positive and friendly image.
  • Warmly greet customers with a smile and address them by name.
  • Execute operational fundamentals with excellence and extend a genuine invitation for customers to return.
  • Build memorable connections with current and potential members by checking in on their experience throughout their visit.
  • Prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, following all Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conduct routine parking lot checks to ensure member carts are stocked with fresh towels and cleaners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized location and complete all necessary side-work and housekeeping tasks.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
  • Perform basic to intermediate-level technology tasks as needed.
  • Treat others with respect and dignity at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work with a team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100+ pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work various shifts and holidays based on business needs.
