The Membership Advisor at City Sports Club is responsible for engaging potential members, promoting services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to prospective members to introduce our services and benefits.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance membership packages and increase overall sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential and existing members using designated software.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all member inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with potential members to secure agreements.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to member questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for outreach and engagement.
• Participate in outside sales events and retail promotions to attract new members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and upselling within a sales environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in sales management is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Background in outside sales or retail sales preferred, showcasing adaptability in various selling environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
