About the position

AirCo is a leading provider of heating and air conditioning solutions for Fort Worth and surrounding area. We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our residential department. This is an exciting role where you can leverage your current skills in building strong programs, processes, and teams to increase the overall profitability of the company. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years' of service management experience working with a $5M dollar company, be proficient in reading and analyzing business reports then translating that information into opportunities for improvement, and have solid leadership skills which includes building the skills set of subordinates through coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service related to maintenance, billing, and other inquiries for club members.
  • Monitor, maintain, and report on the annual membership program including renewals and new members.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls for service when needed.
  • Be well-versed in the company's software and pricing options and strategically work with dispatch to assign jobs based on technician workload, skillset, and geographical location.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for members including equipment data, contact data, opportunity statuses, recurring services, job details, and warranty information.
  • Assist in the management of customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate paperwork and workflow of the Maintenance Department and communicate with all parties within maintenance work (sales staff, customers, service staff, management, etc).

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of service management experience working with a $5M dollar company.
  • Proficient in reading and analyzing business reports.
  • Solid leadership skills including coaching and mentoring subordinates.
  • Professional demeanor and well-spoken communication skills.
  • Self-starter and conscientious about work.
  • Proficient with office software.
