The Membership and Sales Associate at F45 Flemington is responsible for driving membership growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Confidently make high outbound calls to prospects and members, focusing on converting leads and maintaining member satisfaction
• Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable and confident in making phone calls and handling high-volume outreach
• Strong understanding of key sales metrics and a passion for tracking progress and achieving goals
• Passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle
