About the position
The Membership Concierge position at Life Time Athletic Resorts is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional service to members and guests. This position serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and facilitating member engagement while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Responsibilities
- Operates as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
- Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
- Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
- Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
- Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes, and transactions including program, service, and product payments.
- Serves as the point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions.
- Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Passion to serve others
- Effective communication skills
