About the position

The Membership Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing member relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service within the membership department. This position involves overseeing member communications, onboarding new members, and organizing events to enhance member engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely delivery of renewal notices, member notices, and other retention communications
• Manage and initiate new member onboarding processes
• Assist with tracking and analysis of membership retention and engagement
• Ensure Donor database is current, and database functionality is optimized
• Develop and execute solid donor stewardship process, engaging Executive Director and key board members
• Organize and execute member events, including member lunches with the police and annual all member meeting
• Update Website with membership information
• Assist Executive Director with other activities as requested.
