As a Membership Counselor/Assistant Manager Trainee at LA Fitness, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and fitness by presenting our clubs to potential members. Responsibilities
- Present LA Fitness clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership options.
- Engage with potential members to understand their fitness needs and goals.
- Communicate the benefits of membership effectively to prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the member experience.
- Participate in training programs to develop sales and management skills.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of sales experience is required.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic negotiation skills are necessary.
- Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in applied behavior analysis is a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B marketing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with patient assessment techniques is advantageous.
