About the position

The Member Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing member engagement at The River Club. This position is responsible for managing communication, executing programs, and initiatives that foster a sense of community among members. Working closely with the Membership Director and General Manager, the Coordinator ensures the effective implementation of events and activities that resonate with the club's demographic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in growing food and beverage, golf, and fitness revenue through programming.
• Create and implement a standard calendar of events.
• Guide the River Club in creating and executing events that appeal to the demographic and unique character.
• Implement and execute unique signature events.
• Work with the General Manager to create a weekly newsletter for the Club.
• Collaborate with department heads to create flyers for all member events.
• Send weekly and monthly communications to maintain strong member engagement.
• Execute dynamic and engaging posts on the club's social media site.
• Assist the Membership Director in onboarding new members.
• Send calendar invitations to department heads to ensure adherence to the onboarding process.
• Process member resignations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on all members through their online profiles.
• Promote member recognition importance and execute programs that foster name recognition of new members.
• Work with the Membership Director to recognize member referrals.

• Sales experience
• Social media management skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Technical sales experience
