About the position
The Membership Sales Advisor at Anytime Fitness is a part-time role focused on promoting health and fitness while providing excellent customer service. The position requires a self-motivated individual with strong people skills to engage with members and prospects, sell memberships, and contribute to a positive club culture. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as some evenings and weekends are required.
Responsibilities
- Become the greatest ambassador & promoter of Anytime Fitness, our brand, our clubs, our services.
- Greeting, welcoming, and encouraging all members.
- Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
- Making phone calls to prospects and members about memberships, billing, promotions, etc.
- Setting up and selling new memberships.
- Promote and sell personal training.
- Conducting guest tours.
- Assisting with the club's daily maintenance & cleaning tasks.
- Keeping the gym spotless and organized.
- Participate in marketing events.
- Any and all customer service.
Requirements
- High-energy self-starter with an extroverted personality.
- Good motivator/coach with a passion for health and fitness.
- Sales driven with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
Nice-to-haves
- Some experience in the fitness industry or sales preferred.
- Previous gym experience preferred.
