About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory, primarily through direct engagement with potential clients. This role involves a combination of sales activities, including lead generation, community involvement, and managing the full sales cycle to achieve company sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing programs to attract prospects.
  • Participate in community networking events to draw in potential clients.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to meet sales targets.
  • Close business in alignment with AMCN's objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
