BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Membership Sales Ambassador to join our team in Miami Lakes, FL. As a Membership Sales Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in executing our Acquisition 365 strategy, which includes renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling My BJs Perks. Your responsibilities will also encompass handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and addressing general customer service inquiries. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent and efficient member service, and you will be expected to uphold these standards in every interaction with our members. In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supporting the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance. You will act with honesty and integrity, always keeping the member's needs in mind, and addressing any concerns that arise. Ensuring a safe and positive environment for both our members and team members is paramount. As a Membership Sales Ambassador, you will drive and promote BJ's value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the overall member experience. You will convert potential members by effectively pitching all membership programs in accordance with company policies and practices. A clear understanding of all BJ's Membership options and the Co-Brand credit card will be essential as you serve as a first line point-of-contact for membership inquiries, credit card applications, and general questions. You will also assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders and maintain compliance with all club policies and procedures. Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job, and you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
