About the position

The Membership Sales Assistant at The Texas Tech Club plays a crucial role in supporting the Membership Sales Team by enhancing member engagement and facilitating communication with prospective and current club members. This position focuses on creating remarkable experiences for members, managing social media, and assisting with event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute emails to Prospective Members.
• Set up for Member check for Prospecting Events.
• Event set up of décor or warm welcomes.
• Manage social media for the club.
• Update club marketing materials such as posters and table tents.
• Support in completion of New Member data entry and follow-up.
• Define and execute 'Magic Moments' within the Club.
• Write personalized postcards to invite prospective members to events.
• Function as the Club representative on various Member committees.
• Assist Director with Sales Tours and Follow Up.
• Assist in planning and facilitating prospective events both in and out of the Club.
• Adhere to all company, club, and department standards of operations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct ourselves professionally and respectfully.
• Work safely and take pride in our appearance.
• Understand service recovery procedures for Member/Guests and notify GM of complaints.

Requirements

• Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality business or a similar role.
• Service-oriented mindset making every guest feel valued.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone, text, and social media).
• Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive phone demeanor.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
