Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by presenting a positive and friendly image.
• Build memorable connections with current and potential members by educating them about wash plan benefits.
• Engage with customers in the lot, offering assistance and ensuring a smooth visit.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while promoting memberships.
• Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized location.
• Complete necessary side-work and housekeeping tasks as assigned by management.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to drive success.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with safety regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome to apply.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds individually.
• Ability to work as part of a team to lift and maneuver items weighing over 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Mobility to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work various shifts and holidays.
