Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by presenting a positive and friendly image and warmly greeting customers.
• Build memorable connections with current and potential members by educating them about wash plan benefits.
• Engage with customers in the lot by offering assistance and ensuring a smooth visit.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while promoting memberships.
• Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized location and complete necessary side-work and housekeeping tasks.
• Work collaboratively as a team member in a positive environment.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
• Perform basic to intermediate-level technology tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work with a team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work various shifts and holidays based on business needs.
