Drive Custom Fit is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing fitness facility in Salem, NH. This role involves acting as a fitness and brand ambassador, providing potential members with insights into the Drive method and membership options. Responsibilities
- Provide guided tours of the facility to potential members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.
- Present and sell fitness memberships while highlighting additional services offered by Drive.
- Act as a fitness and brand ambassador, promoting the Drive method.
- Assist in onboarding new members and addressing their inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- 2 years of customer service experience (required).
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Energetic and outgoing personality.
