About the position
The Membership Sales Representative at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for driving membership sales and promoting the studio's fitness offerings. This role involves engaging with potential members, providing information about the Orangetheory concept, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The representative will play a crucial role in the studio's success by building relationships with clients and participating in community outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Selling memberships during the pre-sales process to ensure a successful studio opening.
- Representing the studio and Orangetheory Fitness in the community.
- Building relationships with prospective and current members.
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers.
- Giving studio tours to potential members.
- Working with trainers to guide new members through their first workout.
- Continuing to sell memberships to support studio growth after the Grand Opening.
- Following up on prospective clients to encourage membership sign-ups.
- Participating in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio.
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
Requirements
- Certified Fitness Instructor certification.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone.
- Entry-level position requiring less than 1 year of experience.
