About the position

The Membership Sales Representative at Club Pilates plays a crucial role in driving new membership sales and enhancing the studio's community atmosphere. This part-time position focuses on lead generation, booking new members into Intro Classes, and maintaining high sales production while ensuring excellent customer service. The representative will work closely with the Studio Manager to achieve sales goals and promote the club's fitness and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes.
• Generate leads through Grass Roots Marketing, forming area partnerships, and networking.
• Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing rapport with prospects.
• Maintain a high level of personal sales production and achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and training.
• Strong focus on customer service and meeting guests' needs.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional and effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent public speaking skills and proficient computer skills.
