About the position

The Membership Sales Representative at AAA The Auto Club Group is responsible for driving new business and retaining members by promoting various products and services. This role serves as the face of the branch, providing customer service, sales support, and administrative assistance to enhance member satisfaction and generate revenue. The position offers opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Promote ACG products and services to members.
• Provide customer service and support, including greeting and servicing members.
• Sell membership, travel products, and some banking products.
• Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff when necessary.
• Provide cashiering services, including processing payments and balancing cash drawer.
• Resolve member/customer complaints and seek management assistance when needed.
• Provide administrative support during peak periods.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Participate in office events to improve member awareness of products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to provide timely solutions to customer problems.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for monetary transactions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
