Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Assist the Membership Services & Concierge manager with wine distribution and shipment coordination.
  • Follow up on billing activities for the winery and its clients.
  • Gather and analyze membership statistics to determine sales potential and inventory needs.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
  • Monitor customer preferences to inform sales efforts.
  • Participate in training and performance evaluations to improve sales and service skills.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software for data entry and customer management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with Wine Direct software platform.
