Responsibilities

• Touring guests around our health clubs
• Assessing each guest's individual needs for our location
• Helping manage schedules for almost all employees in the club
• Assisting in selling memberships, personal training, and other club amenities
• Cleaning the clubs to maintain a safe environment for members
• Achieving pre-determined sales goals to earn bonuses

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in sales or fitness (preferred)
• Ability to relocate to San Marcos, CA before starting work
