You will be responsible for overseeing all program components and maximizing resident care quality. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing Quality Assurance program and provide appropriate plans of action to correct any identified deficiencies.
- Actively plan, develop, and implement expansion and/or innovation in program services.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and directing the staff in Lilac Trace.
- Communicate and work with Families and Residents of Lilac Trace to update on issues and developments.
Requirements
- Combination of education and/or experience in Memory Care, Dementia Care or Alzheimer's.
- 2-3 years of experience programming in a Senior Living environment or similar.
- First Aid & CPR Certified.
- At least 3-5 years of related work experience as a Memory Care Director.
