Responsibilities

• Stay current in subject matter and coaching methodologies.
• Communicate professionally with students and staff.
• Promote Cerro Coso Community College through community service and outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience, or an associate degree and six years of professional experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of diverse backgrounds of community college students.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Drivers License.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in coaching at the collegiate level.
• Familiarity with CCCAA, CVC, NCAA, and NAIA guidelines.
• Ability to develop curriculum for various modalities.
