About the position
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Men's Club Soccer Coach in the Athletics department. The coach will be responsible for attending all away matches, providing support and guidance to the team during these events. In collaboration with the team executive, the coach will create a realistic team budget that aligns with the financial resources available for the club. Additionally, the coach will coordinate travel arrangements for the team, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively. A key aspect of this role is to actively recruit potential club athletes, fostering a competitive and inclusive environment for all participants. The position may also involve other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the athletics program at Monmouth University.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate practice and training sessions for the men's club soccer team.
- Attend all away matches to support the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Two years of soccer coaching experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence.
