Mens Locker Room Bartender

About the position

The Men's Locker Room Bartender at Oaks Country Club is responsible for maintaining the organization of the Men's Locker Room while providing food and beverage service to club members. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and clean workstation and bar area.
• Take lunch and dinner orders from members in the locker room.
• Take beverage orders and make alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Learn members' names and address them accordingly.
• Inquire if a member needs assistance when seen with a guest.
• Take dirty towels to laundry at the end of the day.
• Bring clean towels back in the morning.
• Check showers for towels, papers, slippers, soap, and other bath products.
• Clean street and golf shoes.
• Change spikes at member's request.
• Place small towels in the bathroom as needed and wash combs.
• Pick up shoes around the locker room.
• Check vanity, clean towel, soap dispenser, and shampoo supplies several times a day.
• Maintain an inventory of all supplies.
• Issue locker keys, towels, and supplies to members.
• Report any shortage of locker room supplies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience or relevant skill level.
• Refined customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude.
• Previous bartending experience.
• Must be able to get a Liquor License.
• Familiarity with members, their likes and dislikes.
• Effective communication skills with members, guests, and employees.
