About The Position
ColumbiaCare Services is excited to announce an opening for a Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate position at our Madrone Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon. This role is integral to our direct care team, which serves adults with serious mental illness. As a Residential Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development of life skills and implementing therapeutic interventions. Your duties will include performing housekeeping tasks, preparing meals, administering medication, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. This position is ideal for individuals with experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or those who have provided caregiving for clients with behavioral health needs. The Madrone Ridge program is a state-licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) that accommodates up to 8 adults requiring Aid and Assist services. Clients receive restoration services, competency assessments, mental health rehabilitation services, and personal care supports in a secure, home-like environment. The facility is located on the OSH Junction City Hospital campus and is designed to be ADA-accessible. ColumbiaCare Services is committed to providing a supportive and enriching environment for both clients and staff, and we are proud to offer a Vocational Training Program that accelerates the path to QMHA certification for eligible employees. This optional program provides on-the-job experiential learning and preparation for certification testing, allowing qualified employees to complete their certification in as little as six months. We offer flexible work schedules, including part-time and full-time options, with shifts available during the day, swing, and night hours. The starting wage for this position ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials, with additional differentials for night shifts and bilingual candidates. ColumbiaCare Services is also a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program, and QMHA employees may apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
