We specialize in individual, couples, and group therapy, offering a compassionate and client-centered approach to support those navigating various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Our mission is to empower individuals to transform their narratives and create lasting change. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health and have a strong background in sales, marketing, or client relationship management. This role will focus on driving client acquisition through digital marketing strategies, community outreach, and partnerships. The Client Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in growing our practice by connecting individuals and families in need with the compassionate care provided by Connecting Narratives, LLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to increase the practice's client base.
• Utilize digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email campaigns) to promote services and attract potential clients.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and referral sources.
• Manage client inquiries, schedule consultations, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Track and analyze client acquisition metrics to refine and improve marketing efforts.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and content for the website and social media.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Proficient in CRM software, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the practice team.
• A passion for mental health and helping people find the support they need.
