About the position

Camp Psychological and Consulting Services is seeking exceptional licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D.) to join their team. The role involves providing quality behavioral healthcare through individual, couples, and group therapy, with a focus on multicultural mental health and culturally sensitive treatment. Clinicians will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with administrative and billing assistance, as well as flexible scheduling options, including telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to clients.
• Utilize a range of counseling methods including evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Manage a caseload of adults or adolescents, focusing on multicultural mental health issues.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in administrative tasks such as scheduling and client management.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Georgia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D.
• At least 1 year of post-independent licensure experience, preferably in private practice.
• Ability to commit to a full-time equivalent (20+ contact hours).
• Experience with a range of counseling methods and technology-driven support resources.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in multicultural mental health and racial/ethnic identity struggles.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed therapy and career counseling.
• Experience with addictions and grief treatment.
