Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Deliver social work and case management services to clients.

• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients based on empathy, trust, and respect.
• Work with a diverse client population, addressing unique needs with cultural sensitivity.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with professional standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Experience working with clients aged 13 and above.
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices and the ability to provide culturally sensitive care.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in behavioral health (1 year preferred).
• Licensed Certified Social Worker (preferred).
