About the position

Innsaei Therapy & Guidance is seeking independently licensed therapists to join their dynamic and progressive group practice in Albuquerque, NM. The practice emphasizes a warm and affirming environment for both staff and clients, focusing on the health and well-being of therapists to ensure exceptional client care. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including marginalized communities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients a minimum of two days a week in-person at the office.
• Provide therapy sessions using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 clients per week.
• Work independently while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Participate in credentialing, billing, and marketing support provided by the practice.

Requirements

• Independently licensed as LPCC, LISW, LMFT, or licensed Psychologist in good standing with the state of New Mexico.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Experience with EMDR and motivational interviewing.
• Strong ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Training/certification in DBT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
