About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to clients, including individuals, couples, and children.
• Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including LBGT+ communities and people of color.
• Assist individuals battling addictions and substance use disorders (SUD).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or equivalent in the state of Colorado.
• 1-3 years of experience practicing as a therapist or psychotherapist.
• Experience working with children ages 5-10 years old.
• Experience working with couples.

Nice-to-haves
