About the position

The Mental Health Professional functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team at Lourdes Health, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to patients. This role emphasizes exceptional interpersonal customer service and adherence to Washington State PACT fidelity standards, ensuring a positive and caring environment for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure adherence to Washington State PACT fidelity standards.
• Deliver exceptional interpersonal customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Conduct mental health evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Work with culturally diverse populations and address the needs of adults with severe mental illnesses.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in behavioral sciences required.
• Two years of experience in mental health evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor certification preferred.
• Washington State MH/MSW/MFT licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of the ACT model and co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid WA State Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
