About the position

The Mental Health Professional in the Transitions Unit at Lourdes Health serves as the clinical lead of a multidisciplinary team, providing essential treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to patients. The position is full-time with rotating shifts, including every other weekend, and offers a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Function as the clinical lead of the multidisciplinary team per shift.
• Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to patients.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal customer service skills.
• Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor towards patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in behavioral sciences or a Mental Health Professional (MHP) exception from the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR).
• Two years of experience in mental health services.
• Certification as a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor or possess current mental health licenses (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LASW, LICSW, LSWAA).
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.
