About the position

The Acute Behavioral Service Manager (ABSM) is responsible for providing leadership and management of Dungarvin's Acute Behavior Services. Under the supervision of the director, the ABSM focuses on achieving quality programs for individuals with significant behavioral and mental health needs. This position supervises a team of mental health program directors that has oversight responsibilities for the program staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of Acute Behavior Services.
• Supervise a team of mental health program directors.
• Ensure quality programs for individuals with significant behavioral and mental health needs.
• Implement individual programs and budget.
• Make decisions and manage time effectively.
• Communicate effectively both spoken and written.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing individual programs.
• Experience in budget implementation.
• Experience in supervising others.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
