About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and quality assurance for mental health programs.
  • Develop and manage clinical, training, and consultation programs.
  • Conduct clinical supervision and participate in staff evaluations.
  • Assist in implementing quality assurance and evaluation measures for services.
  • Carry a limited caseload of direct service cases as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training for clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health field.
  • At least three years of clinical experience providing individual and group counseling.
  • One year of experience in project coordination or management.
  • One year of experience in organizational system planning.
  • Licensed in California as a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with complex organizational models and structures.
  • Proven experience with trauma-informed systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with treatment of children across the lifespan (0-21).
  • Epic experience preferred.
