About the position

The Mental Health Program Manager at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential treatment program for adolescents with eating disorders. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, facilitating communication between clients and families, and supporting the clinical team in delivering effective treatment. The Program Manager plays a crucial role in quality improvement and risk management while reporting directly to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the execution of all program operations in accordance with the Monte Nido & Affiliates philosophy and mission.
• Oversee the administrative functioning of the facility to support the clinical team.
• Gather data and conduct quarterly mandated meetings for compliance with Joint Commission and state licensure.
• Serve as the facility point-person for compliance, licensing, and facility-related issues.
• Ensure facility-wide inspections are up to date and compliant with safety codes.
• Coordinate emergency management and environment of care, including fire drills and safety audits.
• Record daily attendance and census into Salesforce and coordinate with billing on authorizations.
• Manage incident reports and documentation in conjunction with the Clinical Director.
• Facilitate communication with clients and families, ensuring a supportive environment.
• Supervise administrative office operations and manage purchasing of supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a day treatment, residential, or hospital setting.
• Office management experience.
• CPR certification (or to be obtained within 90 days of hire).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce or similar data management systems.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and compliance requirements.
