About the position

The Mental Health Program Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential treatment center for teen females and transgender youth. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with accreditation and licensing standards, managing supplies, and overseeing the care of the children. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing trauma-informed care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the functioning of the facility and supervise staff.
• Complete monthly staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Ensure the house is well stocked with food and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing standards.
• Hire and train new staff members.
• Oversee the care of the children in the facility.
• Delegate tasks to management staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required by regulation.
• Minimum of one year management experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
