Responsibilities

  • Model good communication skills and recovery-oriented living skills for clients.
  • Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and setting objectives.
  • Participate in ensuring all service requests are handled effectively and client-friendly.
  • Assess service requests and respond according to prescribed procedures.
  • Evaluate client's condition to make appropriate dispositions.
  • Complete all requests and documentation for disposition in a timely manner.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and interactions with clients according to established policies.
  • Familiarize with other providers and resources to facilitate client support.

Requirements

  • Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
