Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to consumers of behavioral health treatment in inpatient, outpatient, or residential settings.
• Monitor recovery progress toward treatment goals.
• Engage in de-escalation activities as needed.
• Participate in recovery, wellness, and social skills groups.
• Develop and manage group activities to support consumer recovery.

Requirements

• No prior experience or education required.
• Ability to occasionally lift/carry 50 pounds and push/pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
