About the position

LifeStance Health is seeking passionate and committed Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington to join their clinical team. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and couples therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services in an outpatient care setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in telemedicine or digital health services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
